Make Me A LOÐVINIR STAR! – The Contest
In a world full of machines, we still believe in human creativity. That’s why we’re launching our very first LOÐVINIR Contest — and YOU are invited!
📸 Just post a photo or reel featuring your LOÐVINIR (with or without you) and show us your most original, magical or funny idea. We’re looking for creativity, not perfection!
🎁 The most creative entries will WIN a surprise LODVINIR puffin stuffed animal — straight from Iceland to your arms!
Your mission (How to enter):
Every person who owns a Loðvinir Friend and has an Instagram account.
- Post your best photos or reels on Instagram
- Follow and tag @LODVINIR.ICELAND
For extra safety, we recommend to use the hashtag #lodvinirfriends.
If your account is private, we recommend you to send us an screenshot of your photos and unfortunately, we will not be able to see your reels.
Who can join?
- Every person who owns a Loðvinir Friend and has an Instagram account.
- All ages are welcome – But you if you are under legal age, you will need an adult.
What you can win?
ONCE A YEAR, WE WILL CHOSE:
- The Best Photo
The winner will receive one of our Loðvinir friends and a little surprise! - The Best Reel
wins a Superstar Pack:
– 1 Loðvinir Friend
– 1 Illustrated book with activities
– 1 Surprise Accessory - Random raffle among all the contestants
- We will raffle one friend between all the participants. We believe it’s important to appreciate those who make the effort to participate.
- The prize can be picked up for free at any of our resellers stores
- Shipping for the prize is free to USA, Europe and Iceland.

Important dates:
- You can enter anytime during the year.
- We will let you know when you post your picture or reel that you are register for the contest.
- Entries must be posted before November 30th to be considered for that year.
- Each December 1st, we select the winners
